Orders:

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been submitted, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing has started.

Processing & Shipping:

Most orders are processed within 6–10 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.   You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges:

As these are custom products - we only accept returns for errors and damage.  We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Softwear Tees will pay shipment fees.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.
